nice place for staying in the heart of london. good, kind people working here. beautiful and brand-new units with high ceiling. central location and 10 minutes' walk to the subway. greatly enjoyed fairly quiet area. pleasant restaurants.

The sofa in the living room should be a sofa bed to allow kids to sleep comfortably there. The loud fans in the kitchen & bathroom.

The convenience of being just a few minutes away from Picadilly and Trafalgar Square is a major plus. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the heating was excellent, ensuring a cozy stay. Furthermore, the staff provided great service and the basic amenities were provided, making for a comfortable experience.

The flat-screen TV with satellite channels is a nice touch for some relaxing downtime. as a casual guest, I found the apartment to be a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

I would have preferred a separate bed instead of a fold-out bed in the studio apartments. But hey, that's just my personal preference!
